I want to change my PDP Add To Cart button to a contact us button

I want to be able to change my product page’s Add TO Cart button to a Contact Us button. This is for a wholesale website where we do not allow purchases straight on the site but want retailer to contact us for purchasing.

I am using the Dawn 2.0 theme.

I do not have a product-template.liquid

Sadly, this did not work. Any other suggestions?
