I am Shopify new user, I have created shop and after 14 days trial I want to delete it and use later again the same name and url , but i did not know how to do it. I can not even follow instructions of canceling the store, because I can not enter the settings.

Has your 14-day trial period already ended? If so, the shop is in a “frozen” state and can essentially be considered closed. If it is prompting you to select a plan when you attempt to login, that is expected and it is how you’ll be able to reactivate the store when you’re ready.
May I ask why you’re wanting to close for now and come back to it later?
