I want to refund my plan which is not used at all

Hi,

I want to refund my plan which is not used at all since test period.

Could you help me to get this? I really need this money because I’m preparing a new business in Shopify again.

While our Terms of Service does state that we do not provide refunds, we can review refunds request so long as the store is fully closed within a reasonable timeframe of the invoice generating. You can close your store by going to Settings/Plans and Permissions. From there, you can select “Close store” at the bottom of the page. If you follow the prompts then it will fully close your store.

Once closed then you can reach out to Shopify Support to create a refund request. To create a support ticket, you will need to log in to the help centre, search your question/issue, then select “continue” at the bottom of the page.
