I am placing an image with a transparent background onto my website. When using the Image Banner function the image doesn’t appear to have a full transparent background. It appears to be slightly darkened. I’m looking to remove the grey shadow/background.
Hi @Dock
Please share your website so we can provide a code appropriate for you
Hey,
What is the best way to do this as i am only building this website currently? It has not been published yet.
Best,
Dock
Will this work for you?
You can also the share the preview. Thanks!
No, I need the actual site of the stated problem that you encounter. So I can assist you to solve the problem.
This is my current website.
The previous link was the URL for the preview of the new site i’m building.
Do either of the links i provided show a green website?
I’m currently only seeing it in the build phase and then when i preview the webpage. It’s not actually published to the public yet so i’m not too sure how i’m supposed to link it to you.
This is the URL Shopify provides when i preview the page: https://thescratchmusic.myshopify.com/?_ab=0&_fd=0&_sc=1
Is this showing a green background or yellow background?
Ok yeah i’m not sure how i link you to the website i’m currently building without publishing it to the public. Any advice here is appreciated.
Could you be a little specific regarding the CSS? I’m looking through the section-image-banner.css but nothing is jumping out at me regarding opacity or overlays.
Thanks,
Dock
