this is my webpage, I want to replace this earth logo with an another file I have rendered in 3d but I am unable to find the location where to put the link of my new file so that I can replace it, can someone help me?

This logo is a section in your homepage. To change the image and hopefully not changing the other codes, you need to go to the section file, and change the background-image link. See image below. You will need to find this custom section file though. It is hard to tell what the name of the section file without looking at your section folder.
