I want to transfer my shopify web site to another host. Can someone tell me and where I can find the IP addresses, etc. Thanks.

You can’t - Shopify is a hosted platform. You can export your files, customers, products and theme from Shopify and move them to a new e-commerce platform by importing them, but I’d expect there to be some format differences. Check with your new platform to see if they have an import method.
