The original poster is unfamiliar with creating and assigning templates in Shopify. When attempting to locate these sections in the theme editor, they cannot find the materials, shipping and returns, or size chart sections that need customization.

The information on my products “materials”, “shipping and returns”, and “size chart” tabs are all the same / in sync on every product. How do i unsync it so that each product can have different information under these tabs?

Create a template for every product in the website design view then assign that template in the product pages.
