A mail came to my mailid ORDER NO 1204 and mentioned i shall be informed of the delivery soon. I tried mailing them but bouncing back with error wrong mail address .
Shopify should address this and refund me Rs 478 immediately.
If its deliberate cheating by the merchant Fashionfeistas i may need to go to consumer court.please resolve at the earliest

I recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to reverse the payment you made to this store.
Bank wont reverse the debit i made willingly and the platform MENTIONED IN THE one and only mail which came from fashionfeestas is PAYU.i made the payment through net banking platform where they showed a number to which the amount would have gone.
