I have a $40 monthly subscription to Shopify, in which the account has been inactive for months.
Woke up today to two payments of $300 being charged to my account.
Whenever I try to load a help page, or any other Shopify page I get an error
A user reports being fraudulently charged $550 (later clarified as $700) by Shopify despite having an inactive account for months and only maintaining a $40 monthly subscription.
