I recently made a purchase from an online store that operates on the Shopify platform, and it appears that I have been scammed.
I understand that Shopify provides the platform but doesn’t directly manage each individual store. However, I’d like to report this merchant and ask if Shopify can review the case and take action if the store is violating Shopify’s policies.
Could someone from Shopify please advise me on the proper way to report a fraudulent store or submit evidence of the scam?
