The “giftcard issued email” is only send to the customer but not to the admin. Is there a way to send this email to the admin as well? I can only edit the subject and the body of the email.

No, it’s not possible with the native functionality to CC that card to the admin. Why do you need it? Some context could help determine another path or at least validate that what you’re wanting makes sense.

We are selling a voucher for a beer tastery and standard it will be the digital version however for 5 euro extra you can order a paper version (we made the option “voucher type” with the 2 options digital €28 and paper version €33). Technically it works fine however we would like to be notified when a voucher has been sold so that we can send the paper version of the voucher to the postaladres of the customer.
