I was asked to send my id and proof of adress to reactivate shopify payments, but when i upload the documents and try to press the “submit” button, nothing happens, i stay on the same page and the submit button is still there, no error message or anything.
Being able to use shopify payments isn’t the problem, i have activated it because it is supported in my country.
The problem is technical, maybe a bug : the “submit” button doesn’t work when trying to submit documents, it seems like multiple people have had the same issue this month because i saw multiple similar threads here.
Is there a way to send the documents via email or some other way ?
In this situation the problem could be that the ID uploaded wasn’t done in the correct format, or it requires both a back and front image of one of the IDs.
