1. Adding promotional sections on homepage
You should add promotional sections such as Best sellers, New arrivals, On sale, etc on the homepage to catch the attention of customers instead of just showing product categories. Also, adding ATC, add to wishlist or quick view buttons to encourage customers buying your products. Here is a reference:

You should enhance the search by making larger product images, showing pricing, adding search by material, search by collection to improve search bar. Below is a reference, with large pictures, it provides a better experience.

You should add a review section. Reviews from previous customers will provide customers more information about the product. It will enhance trust in your products and address buying hesitation. Here is a reference:
