Interesting idea, not super easy unfortunately. A few questions:

  • Is inventory and pick&pack happening by your business, or some other merchant? What do they need for fulfilment?
  • Is inventory being tracked?
  • How is the subscription itself being handled? Is that by the business owners, or also on Shopify?
