Identifying empty collections and be notified

Hello,

Is there any logic I can put in place in the liquid files that will identify when a collection is empty and notify me via email?

Hi there, do you want to do this somehow using Flow, or a custom app of some kind? And are your collections often moving to zero products because of automated conditions?

Hello,

The reason I’m looking for this is I maintain 6 sites and I’d like to hide or redirect the collection when it’s empty so the user has a better experience. We also use a script that runs nightly updating products which could affect collections as well.

I looked at using Flow, but the last time I looked, it didn’t offer many options or I didn’t understand how to set it up correctly. That would be my first choice, but using an app that would track this would work also.
