Hi everyone,
We are having trouble with identity verification on our Shopify account. We submitted original U.S. passport, U.S. driver’s license, and the required selfie (the same documents we used when first creating the account), but the system is still showing:
“Could not verify identity.”
All documents are valid and clear, so it seems like there might be a technical issue or mismatch in the automated verification system.
Can someone from Shopify Support please assist with a manual review or guide us on what needs to be corrected?
