The name included in the verification (Mosha Kate) is not my name, but a mashup of two names. I am the business owner, and all other instances of a name in the store or on the account is my own. Why can I not change the name in this verification to my actual name? Is there anything I must double-check? I only used this mashup of two names once, then I deleted it and redid it as my actual name. This verification is still not updated a day later.
