If you have been requested by Shopify to verify your identity via email or a notice in your admin and you have uploaded the required documents/information, then you’ve done all the steps you need to for now. If there is an issue with the upload or if our team needs additional information, they will reach out to you directly. If you’d like to confirm that everything has been received correctly, you can contact us through the Help Center. When it comes to reaching out to our live Support line, I’ll provide some steps here to make it easier.
- Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
- Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
- Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
- Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options (such as live chat, callback, or email)
You’ll then be connected to a Support Advisor who can look into your account and ensure we’ve successfully received all the requested documents from you.
