If customer previously made orders using Checkout as Guest, can they create account later and view past orders made as guest? With the assumption that the orders used the same email account.

Hi @smmile

If you previously made purchases using the “Checkout as Guest” option and then decide to create an account using the same email address, you will indeed be able to view your past orders. Shopify automatically links your past guest orders to your new account based on the email address used during the checkout process.

Once your account is created and you’re logged in, you can see all your past orders in the “Order History” section of your account.

And do they also connect orders from in-person POS sales if they are done with the same credit card?
