I’ve been building a tool (https://ask-ai-data-connector.co.uk) that connects your Shopify data with 20+ other data sources like Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, Search Console to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT so you can ask questions about your business in plain English and get real answers from your actual data.
I’m looking to better understand what questions merchants actually want answered. The ones I keep coming back to myself:
“Which products are actually profitable after returns, support costs, and ad spend?”
“Which customers haven’t ordered in 90 days but used to buy regularly?”
“Am I running ads to products that are about to go out of stock?” “Which Klaviyo campaigns drove customers who came back and bought again, not just first orders?”
“What’s my real cost per acquisition when I include refunds and shipping?”
