I can not get login to my account because I receive this message you see above on my subject.

Any suggestion what to do please

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry you are having trouble logging into your account.

Have you tried it on a different device? Or clearing your browser history and cache/cookies? This should allow for a new connection and hopefully allow you to log in.

When I tried with my cellphone I was able to log in. But with my laptop the issue remain the same even though I cleaned my browser history and cache and cookies.

I will restart my computer to see…

I’m glad you were able to log in with your mobile device. I would try on a different browser as well as it seems like you are just not creating a new connection on the current one.

Hi Emily, I am having this exact same issue. Works on my phone with the app, but not on my laptop. I cleared the cache and restarted my computer just before trying to log in and it gave me this same message. I try to reload but nothing. I cleared the cache again and it is still not allowing me in. Tried a different browser, but the same thing happens. Can you please help me?

After a while, it finally let me back in. Been about an hour.

I’m having the same problem. Despite having done all the steps mentioned here, on Chrome I’m just stuck on the same page. It’s been over 2 hours now. I can access my account on Safari but I usually use Chome. I just signed up for Shopify and at the moment I’m less than impressed!
