I have had my shop up and running and approved for over a year. there USED to be a SHOP button on my IG page. I just checked today and it’s missing. I have a shop up on IG. you can access my items but there is no shop button. how do i get this back?

Furthermore, to make sure I don’t miss or misunderstand anything, can you please provide me with a screenshot example of your current experience? I assume you can no longer see the “view shop” button, but based on what you shared you can still shop your existing products? Have you tried to add items to cart, and ensured it is still working as expected?
In addition, has anything changed on Shopify’s end with your current Facebook channel integration? If you see any notices or updates, make sure to share those with me as well.
