I'm a customer and the store I ordered from closed and I need a refund

I can’t use the app to dispute the purchase because it requires the order confirmation URL and obviously that doesn’t work since the site is closed. Please point me in the direction of some actual help.

As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. If however, you placed an order online, I’d encourage you to check out our Order FAQ Page for more information on how to proceed.

If after 4 weeks you still have not received your order, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.

This doesn’t help me. The store is closed and this was a preorder that I paid for months in advance of the shipment date, so it’s well past the 60 day deadline to refute charges with my bank. I thought shopify had a guarantee to protect buyers.

Also, this isn’t an actual solution to my question since I asked for contact information that I may take advantage of the purchase protection offered by shopify.
