Once again, I trusted a Shop seller and once again, the horrible app has put in a shipping address thats incorrect, making my order go to somewhere its not supposed to. And like other Shop sellers, this one has not responded to numerous attempts to reach customer service. And as usual, this POS app and company (Shop) does not do anything to help customers claiming they are not responsible. Now once again, I will have to take the time to contest the charge on my credit card. PLEASE STOP USING THIS APP and Shopify. It is a complete hive of fraud and Im going to take legal action.
Wasn’t your previous issue that you “accidentally” ordered something? Now you put in a wrong address? And both at shady merchants… Yeah i think you should stop using Shop now…
So you want to blame the app because you input the wrong address and didnt double check? interesting. tell me more please.
