Some products are not syncing to my instagram shop and I don’t understand why as they’re not in violation with any guidelines. I’m trying to manually add the products to the product catalogue but even that is proving difficult as my shop isn’t coming up on my instagram account at all so that I can edit or make changes. However if I search for my shop on another account it comes up just as fine if I were a customer looking to purchase something which I find to be very strange and my Facebook shop is not connecting as well.
