Hi. Can’t seem to get a response through shopify chat this morning. Chat logged successfully however no response. Chat widget normally opens up with an introductory message but nothing. anyone else having this problem today?

Is this issue still occurring? Have you tried accessing Live Support from a different browser or device? Sometimes all you need is to clear your cache and make sure your browsers are up-to-date.
