I’m trying to find a bundle app that handles 4 different products that has 4 variants (sizes) something similar to this one.
Yeah, that kind of bundle setup, 4 products with individual size/variant dropdowns and a bundle discount, is exactly what Wizio Bundle handles really well.
We had a similar requirement and handled it with the Wizio Bundle Shopify app. It lets you create a fixed bundle with multiple products while still giving customers a separate size dropdown for each product, similar to the example you shared.
The main thing to check is that the app supports variant selection inside the bundle, customers can only add the default variant for each item (like the 20% off shown in your screenshot).

i’m not 100% sure since i haven’t really used bundle apps much but what you’re describing sounds like a mix & match bundle where each product still has its own variant like size maybe something like Metaflow could handle the selection part through a for so customers can pick what they want across the 4 products but i’m not sure if it would actually work as a real bundle in checkout or just capture the data

From what I understand, you’d like customers to select a different size for each product within the same bundle directly on the product page, similar to the mockup you shared. In that case, you might want to check out Easify Product Options

You simply need to go into the app and use Option Buttons to create separate option blocks for each shirt style such as Classic Fit, Relaxed Fit, Slim Fit, or Oversized Fit. Then you can add size options like XS, S, M, and L under each corresponding block. This allows customers to choose individual sizes for each product directly within the same product page.
The app also supports button/swatches display styles, so the layout looks much cleaner and more intuitive, especially for bundle layouts or fashion products like the one you’re building.

Simple Bundles. This one is a fit. It can handle 4 products with 4 sizes. It also has options and its layout looks just right.
Globo Product Options. Lots of people use this one it has a 4.9 out of 5 stars rating and, over 4,400 reviews. You can even try it for free. It also lets you pick sizes for each product.
Easify Product Options. This app offers 26 types of options and has bundle support built in.
The Bundles app that comes with Shopify isn’t enough because customers can’t pick sizes for each product. Simple Bundles seems like the choice.

You can easily set this up using the Misk Smart Product Options app. It allows you to present different product choices as clickable buttons, displaying each option separately.
Customers have total flexibility: they can pick just a single item, choose one specific option from each product button,

For this kind of bundle, the main thing I’d check is whether the app supports variant selection per item inside the bundle.
A lot of bundle apps can create a fixed bundle, but they may not handle the exact case where the customer chooses:

Bundle Builder Pro would be a strong option here since it allows customers to select variations like size for each item inside a bundle. The default Shopify bundle feature won’t support that level of flexibility.
