If you take out the limit then you don’t need an app at all and can just create an automatic discount in the Shopify admin. You just first need to create a customer segment (with specific tag) from the customers page and then assign it to the discount.
We offer free shipping if the price is over 10000 yen.
The reason I want to set it to under 10000 yen is because I want to offer a discount if the shipping is not free.
In fact, I only want to discount the shipping cost by 300 yen for those who are under 10000 yen & have a customer tag.
