We had a bit of technical difficulties initially, but Josh is replying to questions now starting with the oldest first (currently page 3) - this is all text-based. He will do his best to get to all questions during the event. If you haven’t already, make sure you post a question to the board!
Ah ok. It’s still a bit confusing understanding how this works. It’s been 40 minutes and only 3 questions have been answered… and 2 quite vaguely.
I’m curious why we can’t make this more of a visual format that’s also easier to navigate between questions and maybe also allow the Guest Expert to answer many of the questions ahead of time but post them on the event day?
I appreciate all of the effort so much! Everyone is thirsty for help, but this feels laborious for people like me who are already overwhelmed by the process and amount of work it takes to build a site and lift a brand out into the world.
Just my 2 cents. Again, I appreciate the time and effort the Shopify team always makes!
