You can add your shipping methods under the Shipping and Delivery section. Navigate through these steps to successfully add shipping methods Settings> Shipping and Delivery> Manage Rates.
@steveschneider There seems to be some Shopify settings issue and without understanding the exact shipping setup I will not be able to give an accurate solution.
