I’m trying to get in contact with Shopify customer service regarding a refund. It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone. Is their a support e-mail or phone number or literally anything to contact or do we just have to get robbed of our money?

- Visit our Help Center
- Log in to your account (or select “Continue without logging in”)
- Enter a topic into the search field
- Choose Get support
