Image banner does not resize on Dawn Theme

I added an image on my homepage (www.cletoelinfluencer.com) and it won´t resize on mobile. I read all articles on the discussion board and none of the solutions work. Can someone help?

@apbecerra , I have checked and your image working fine on mobile devices.

Could you share a screenshot of the issue you are facing?

Okay got it. Please add the below line of CSS code at the end of your base.css file.

@media(max-width:749px){
body .banner--medium.banner--mobile-bottom:not(.banner--adapt) .banner__media{
height:23rem;
}
}

Thank you that worked. Although do you know if there is a way to resize it in a way it looks better? For example, moving the images up and the font down so that it does not look as small. I send you a screen shot of how it looks now and how a competitor looks when you look at it mobile.
