You can change the text color and alignment of the header text in your Image Banner by adding some custom CSS. For example:

.image-banner__heading {
  color: #000000; /* Change to your desired color */
  text-align: left; /* Options: left, center, right */
  white-space: pre-line; /* This allows text to break into lines like your example */
}

This will make the text appear in the format you want, like:
