Hey! So I’m new to Shopify and would really appreciate any help! My image banner is not loading on the website or mobile site. It’s there when I’m in customization but when I click online view, it does not show. How can I resolve this issue?

Please share your store url and if it is password protected, please share the front screen pass by going to Online store → Preferences (scroll to the bottom and share it) to so that we can take a look at your frontend.
Alternatively, you can remove the frontscreen pass for us to take a look.
