When I edit my store product page. I have an image banner underneath the product information, but when I view my website on mobile or desktop, it does not appear in the product page. It only shows the “subscribe to our emails”. (I am on refresh theme)

This could be an issue if the product template that you you’re using to add the image banner is not assigned to the product that you’re viewing in the website preview.
Can you double check that your desired products are being correctly assigned to that template?

It appears that all my products are assigned one template “Default product”. I also only have this template.

Can you send me a link preview to a page where you added the image banner and is supposed to be visible?
