My image banner has a document I personally designed from canvas on it and there are barcodes and texts on it. On the customize my website tab, everything looks good but as soon as I view my store as a customer, on both desktop and mobile app the image gets so much cut off. Please help!

While creating the banners, please ensure there is empty space at the top and bottom, and keep your content within a 1400px-wide container.

I think I fixed it. I just manually made the design smaller, which isnt ideal but it works. Thank you anyways!
