My shopify social media image sharing can’t be update after I changed it at my online store > preferences > social image sharing, any experts can advise how to change it? Currently, it is auto sync my payment method image when i send the link to others.

You have followed the correct steps for changing your social media sharing image, sometimes when there is a delay it can help to use this tool called the Facebook Debugger. Simply copy the URL of your Shopify product, collection, homepage or article and paste it in the debugger tool - this should then refresh the cache Facebook use to pull the image and should correct the image displaying.
