Image on main image banner not changing anymore

Hi, when i change my main image banner image in the shopify editor the changes dont apply. i thought it might be a cookie thing but i tried to look on different devices and still no change.. i waited a week to see if ot was time related. nothing.

I changed it many times before with no problem and now that my website is live it wont apply changes anymore.

I had to carefully mess with the code to overcome shopify’s, sometimes frustrating, customization short comings. Could it be something that is preventing the change to happened?

when i inspect the code in the editor window i have the right source image code. But when i inspect the code in the store preview it still has the old source image code.. Why isnt it changing???

So my main question is where is the image source code in the the shopify code editor for the main image banner? i cant find it

Do you, by any chance, have a pagebuilder app installed? Sometimes they overwritte code and customizations

I have the same issue the banner doesn’t appear to be changing from what is in the design area. I do have printify app so not sure if that is doing it.
