Image on product and collection grip too big

I want to put the same size on all images that fit in the box on the grid both collection and product. And also i would like to adjust the size on the product page to something a little smaller. thanks in advance

You can set image ratio in your Shopify admin > Online store > Themes > Customize > Sections > Collections > Product grid > Image ratio.

It’s very easy just doing a custom CSS.
