So you would like a nice Popup to appear when somebody clicks on the link in your Mockup above. The easiest way is via an app and perhaps some of the following demos might interest you for providing your customers with an excellent “Lightbox” popup experience:

There are ways to do it yourself in the code but you would need a high level of coding proficiency e.g. you can do it via a MagnificPopup Code. See a Github on that here where it opens a size chart in the popup - and try it in a test theme first, not in the live theme!
