the images appear on the website page but every 6 or 7th image placeholder shows a grey box with 210 x 360 written inside. I believe all the images are on the page but there are these extra grey boxes that shouldn’t be there.
Could i please see a screenshot of the issue, to have a better understanding of what you’re talking about?

Your theme or section code is generating placeholder image containers for missing or undefined images. The grey box with “210 x 360” is usually a fallback placeholder that appears when the image src (or image object) is missing.
The grey box is apparently a link not an image placeholder as I first thought. When you right click on the box it gives options to open link or copy link not open image or copy image.
That’s what I initially thought. However I’m not actually missing any images. I just have these extra grey boxes.
I have just solved the mystery. In my theme settings I had an Enable Banner turned on in the Product Banner in Collection area. I didn’t realise that this particular banner was in the middle of my products. Thanks everyone for helping.
