Image resources wrongly formatted as a page link on a collections page in Ella theme

Hello,

My SEMRush audit is showing that a few image resources are being formatted as page links on the collections page, I tried to edit the collections page from the code side but there seems to be an issue there with the names of the collections that have been changed by the previous guy and he has left the organisation.

My Shopify theme is Ella.
