Image With Banner Height Dynamic Sizing Across Devices! HELP (Dawn theme)

I need help creating a dynamic relationship between desktop-laptop-mobile for my image with banner height.

I tried for a few days at this point and none of the code I’ve been attempting actually solves this issue.

I’ve tweaked and tested a lot in the section-image-banner.css with Zero luck.

I’d like my laptop ratio to look like my desktop and mobile ones. Fitting perfectly via width and height.

(laptop is 2nd image with text falling below the scroll)
