"Image With Text" and "Featured Products" Transparency - Dawn

Hello,

I am hoping someone could provide me with some code to add to base.css on Dawn theme that would make the text section of the Image with Text block transparent.

I want to get rid of the charcoal colored text background, so the stars will show.
I want to get rid of the charcoal colored text background, so the stars will show.1890×651 192 KB

Also I would like the background of the “Featured Products” to be transparent. It to, also has a charcoal colored background around it.

Any help is much appreciated!
