I would like to know how to make the Banner Text Box and the Two Buttons on the Image With Text Overlay section on the homepage smaller.

Ideally I would like the two buttons and the shaded background box height and width to be 25% smaller. Not sure if the main text or button text size will need adjusting after that. This would be strictly for desktop version only and NOT mobile

I have tried messing with CSS and I just cannot figure it out.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
