Image Won't Show Up in Featured Image

Hello! I want to place an image in a “Featured Image” but when I do it does not show up. Only text shows up. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Could you at least share what theme you are using?

If it’s really hard to give any suggestions from an image only. You could check the theme documentation and contact the theme developers.

My theme is Broadcast 8.0 and the section type is Featured Image inside a Collection of products.
