I took a good look at your store, and I can see what’s happening. On desktop, the product images appear but look like they’re different sizes, and on mobile, the pictures aren’t showing at all. Don’t worry, this is a common issue with the Dawn theme, and it’s completely fixable.
What we’ll need to do is make a small adjustment in your theme’s settings or add a simple line of code so your images show up properly on mobile and look even on desktop.
Could you please send me a screenshot of where you are right now (for example, what you see when you open your theme editor)? That way, I can guide you step-by-step without you needing any coding experience.
