Images in proportion to the Device it is viewed on

I am using the Refresh theme and wanted my slideshow images to be in the correct proportion to the device it is viewed on. Any help on this matter would be appreciated thanks.

Hello, Thank you for helping the images below show that my website images change for each device. Whereas I want the image to look the same for each device if that’s possible please. Preferable like the bottom image that is meant for the desktop.
