Images Showing as question mark

I have tried tried compressing resizing but nothing is working using debutify theme

Hi @Hasuraza ,
It seems like there is something wrong from the code, which is not working accurately.
I have checked the images URL that is being formed and it seems that it the URL that is being formed wrong.

You can check the above image for reference, where in the image URL the height and width parameters have been passed but actually those variable don’t carry any value due to some issues in the code, and it is because of this the image URL becomes wrong and the images is not rendered instead a broken image symbol in rendered.
So in order to fix this you need to hire a developer who will ensure this is fixed.
Also please ping me if you want I can work on fixing this for you I have a vast experience in working with shopify.
Thanks & Regards

I am also having the blue question mark issue; would you be able to help me please?

This issue is only occurring when I preview my theme on my mobile

Hey @RDSHOP .

Thanks for reaching out.

Looking into this, I noticed that the Debutify theme is a third-party theme that is not designed and supported by Shopify. With that being said, I did come across to finding the third-party developers Contact Us page and wanted to provide it. They may be in the best position to have more insight on this and provide further support.

Let us know what you think.

Hi Ollie! My theme is Dawn 13.0.1. If we could speak over DM, it’ll be easier to explain and share images if that’s okay with you? :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @RDSHOP ,

It’s not possible for us to offer support over direct messages here on the Community. I’d recommend contacting our support team directly over live chat where we can authenticate you and access your theme file.
