How to import products from WooCommerce to Shopify if i don’t have access to woocommerce store admin? Any apps do that?

Rio here from the Shopify Community team. Could you let me know a bit more about what you’re trying to do exactly? Do you have an old store with woo-commerce? Or are you looking to dropship another suppliers products?

If you don’t have access to the WooCommerce store admin, it’ll be difficult to export the product data. You need to give access to the source store. Generally there are a few options you can explore:

  1. Find the WooCommerce store owner and ask them to export the product data for you: If you have a good relationship with the WooCommerce store owner, you can ask them to export the product data for you. They can export the product data in CSV format, which you can then import into Shopify.

  2. Manually recreate the products in Shopify: If you only have a small number of products to import, it may be easier to manually recreate them in Shopify. This will require you to copy the product descriptions, images, and other details from the WooCommerce store and create new products in Shopify.

  3. Use a third-party service: There are third-party services available that can help you import product data from WooCommerce to Shopify. These migration apps typically require you to provide them with access to the WooCommerce store admin. The most trusted app right now is LitExtension.
